Ryan brings over ten years leadership experience in the Telecommunication and Information Technology markets to Aurec. As the General Manager, Ryan leads a team of Account Directors, Service Consultants and Analysts to deliver ICT Services to the Federal Government, Defence and Private Clients within the Canberra region.
Ryan’s proven track record in sales and management has contributed to the success and year on year growth since his arrival at Aurec. Ryan has placed and delivered to clients; project teams, architecture services, software development services, market mapping and resourcing models, retained search.
Ryan is committed to delivering quality solutions to enable real business benefits to our clients, his customer centric and outcome focused approach sees him regularly engaged as a strategic partner and advisor across our ICT service offerings, including
Retained Search, Strategic Services (architecture, blueprinting), Program and project services, Security services, CRM and BI, SAP as a Service, Business and Process Analysis.
STEPHEN MCGAIN
GENERAL MANAGER - NSW
Stephen brings over ten years of people leadership and operations experience within the Information Technology markets to the Aurec Group. As the General Manager, Stephen leads a team of Account Directors, Service Consultants and Analysts to deliver ICT Services to Public and Private Sector Clients within the Sydney region.
Stephens proven track record across consulting whilst leading high performing teams ensures the highest quality of service to both clients and candidates in the Sydney market.
Stephen partners with organisations within the private, public and financial services sectors, recruiting roles across all Technology related specialisms which encompasses Project Services, Data, Software, Cyber Security, DevOps, Salesforce CRM, Infrastructure etc.
Stephens primary focus is to partner with candidates and clients, using the depth and breadth of his expertise in order to best serve both sides of the recruitment process acting as a true solutions advisor and strategic partner.

With over 20 years of ICT recruitment and services experience gained throughout UK, Europe, APAC and ANZ, Alex is an industry expert and monitors local and global market trends and best practice to proactively and effectively engage with clients at an enterprise level, providing insight and advice around workforce planning.
Alex in his role as National Director leads the technology recruitment and services companies of Randstad, which includes Aurec, and is responsible for driving growth and expansion of these businesses throughout Australia while also coaching and mentoring other Randstad Group technology leaders across the ANZ and APAC region
Alex is proud to have been working for the organisation since 2007 and at the core of what drives him is the desire to delight employees, clients and candidates through his high levels of service and open and honest communication.
